Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to highlight the main aspects related to dynamics of abstracted, used and discharged water in the Cubolta river basin for 2003-2018. The analysis of abstracted water highlighted an oscillating evolution of growth. In 2018 it was higher by 53% in comparison to 2003. The evolution of utilized water shows also an increase - by 85% to 2018. Main water resource is groundwater (~70%). Main water user is agricultural companies, using 67% of the total.
