Abstract:
The article contains the results of the taxonomic review and study of the rare species Serratula radiata (Waldst. et Kit.) M.Bieb. in the flora of the Republic of Moldova and new data regarding the chorology and the current status of the taxon in the republic. The populations of the species were studied, the degree of threat estimated and the endangerment category established, according to IUCN requirements, the limiting factors identified and protection measures proposed.
