dc.description.abstract The article presents the results of the antifungal activity of the triazole-vinyl bromide derivative of 1-((2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-yl)methyl)-4-(4-methyl-2-oxopentyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-4-ium on phytopathogenic fungi: Fusarium avenaceum and F. oxysporum. These species of fungi are frequently encountered as pathogens of root rot in wheat and other straw cereal crops. The vinyl-triazole derivative was supplemented to the nutrient medium Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA) in concentrations of 0,01; 0,005; 0,0025; 0,00125%, aseptically autoclaved at a pressure of 0,5 atm for 30 min and poured into Petri dishes. After solidification of the medium, the fungi were seeded – a PDA disc with the fungal mycelium 4 mm in diameter in the center of the Petri dish. The recording of the diameter of the colonies (2 perpendicular diameters, the average of which served as a biometric index) was done on days 5-7 after seeding, depending on the fungal species investigated. According to the results obtained, the increase of the fungitoxic activity of the researched compound compared to the control on the last day of fungi cultivation was by 82,5...87,5% for the F. avenaceum fungus and by 69...80% for the F.oxysporum fungi in the range of concentrations 0,00125…0,01%, respectively. en_US
