Abstract:
From the "La Izvor " Lake water were isolated 8 strains of microalgae: Oscillatoria planktonica, O. brevis, O. acutissima, Chlorella vulgaris, Nostoc verrucosum, Spirulina major, Anabaena variabilis, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. Were obtained alcoholic extracts from the biomass of these microalgae and was determined their antimicrobial activity against some phytopathogenic bacterial strains. Thus, according to the results of experiments, isolated strains of microalgae are able to synthesize metabolites that have antibacterial and antifungal activity against some phytopathogens.

Din apa lacului La Izvor au fost izolate opt tulpini de microalge: Oscillatoria planctonica, O. brevis, O. acutissima, Chlorella vulgaris, Nostoc verrucosum, Spirulina major, Anabaena variabilis, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae. Din biomasa acestor microalge s-au obținut extracte alcooloce și s-a determinat activitatea antimicrobiană împotriva unor tulpini fitopatogene bacterii. Astfel, conform rezultatelor experimentelor, tulpinile izolate de microalge sunt capabile să sintetizeze metaboliți care au activitate antibacteriană și antifungică împotriva anumitor fitopatogeni.
