dc.description.abstract |
The fundamental objective of a higher educational institution is to train competent specialists, which would apply their knowledge and skills in practical activities, capable of a creative behavior towards problem solving, find optimal solutions in minimal time and to be able of continuous personal development. To be able to do that, specialized training programs must be created, which could adapt to student’s capacity, to help him systematize his knowledge, assimilate in short time the information provided by the training program. The internet presents itself as a suitable and close source to diverse information, qualitatively changing the whole accumulation, storing and spreading of collective human experience. This is a new method of satisfaction of cognitive requirements. |
