| dc.description | В данной статье представлены результаты исследования, подтверждающего, что самоотношение педагогов связано и влияет на эффективность их профессиональной деятельности. На основании этого, в ходе формирующего эксперимента было установлено, что развитие и коррекция представлений педагогов о себе, процесса их самооценивания, эмоционально-ценностного отношения к себе, и, как следствие, неадекватных образцов поведения, способствует повышению эффективности их профессиональной деятельности. | en_US |
