dc.description.abstract The article studies the poetic works of Alexander Muşina. The option for this theme arises from the foreground of the poet in the generation of the ‗80s, but also from the fact that the person we are dealing with is one of the most interesting theorists of poetry from as many of us had in the past three decades. The testimonies of his activity are his works "The essay on the modern poetry" and "The Anthology of ‗80s generation Poetry", but also the numerous interventions in support of the journalistic, essayistic and lyrically approach adopted in the theory of his generation. His unwavering commitment to freedom and challenge to all forms of oppression also explains why Muşina became a cult figure for the Romanian Beat Generation. en_US
