Abstract:
This article highlights the pedagogical model of ethical creativity in the professional development of teachers. Here is addressed the ethical creativity, a type of behavior less present in the description of various classifications and definitions regarding the phenomenon of creativity, which, in the teaching process, should become an imperative and a priority for each teacher who needs to be open to changes, it must become a cultural model capable of correctly interpreting and transmitting information, determining, among educated people, creative behaviors valid for the current and future society.
