dc.description	Conștiința de sine a unui profesionalist este direct proporţională cu efectivitatea profesională a unui profesor. Conştiinţa de sine este o combinaţie de atitudini asupra personalităţii și activităţii acesteia. Conștiința de sine este un element cheie în procesul de control în activitatea profesională. Dezvoltarea conştiinţei de sine profesionale depinde de dezvoltarea unui stil individual de lucru şi a unei adaptări profesionale compensatorii la mediul profesional. Interacţiunea distructivă cu elevii este consecinţa lipsei de profesionalism şi lipsa de competenţe a profesorului.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Professional self-awareness is directly connected to the pedagogical effectiveness of the teachers’ activity. The self-awareness is complex of attitudes towards your-self and your activity. Self-awareness has the role of self-control in professional activity. The development of the professional self-awareness is connected to the development of an individual style of work and compensatory professional adaptation to the professional environment. The destructive interaction with the pupils is a consequence of the insufficient professional development of the teacher and the low competence.	en_US
