Abstract:
The article briefly shows the history of elaboration, discussion, approval, implementation and permanent completion of the Concept of educational development in the Republic of Moldova, of the Education Law, of the Law on evaluation and accreditation of educational institutions in Moldova, of the Education Code of Moldova. It also shows the relevance of digital education in the context of the Covid-19 Pandemic, but also the need for digital education in preschool, early preschool and middle school to ensure the normal life and work of people in society and continuity in digital education. at preschool, low preschool, middle preschool and high preschool ages. The problem of the need to train specialists in higher education in the field of digital education at these ages according to UNESCO and European Union standards is formulated.
