dc.description.abstract	This article presents the role of vision in the strategic management of an institution, with concrete examples in the development of the faculty from its founding to the present. The managerial values and the strategic documents elaborated contributed to the increase of the quality of the teachers' training process in a wide spectrum of study programs. The Faculty's strategy is the key component that ensures the application of the action plan towards the "desired and anticipated state".	en_US
