Abstract:
Increasing the efficiency of the physical education lesson is the problem that worries the specialists in our field and not only, because in the conditions of decreasing physical exercises at the level of adolescents and young people. The education lesson remains the main "source" of practicing regular and systematically different forms of exercise, and organized movement is cheapest "medicine" in combating the effects of new technologies and irrational nutrition. The information underlying these methodological-practical solutions must be known and deepened by all physical education teachers. New ones should be sought in accordance with the dynamics of the field, with the needs of pupils and material possibilities of the school.
