Abstract

Education is a mobile field that responds to social demands that are constantly changing and transforming, and the main factor of change in education is the personality of the teacher, which aims to develop student's professional skills and prepare them for unforeseen challenges in the age of change. The development of professional competence in the educational process in biology and an effective professional orientation of young generations, achieved in optimal conditions, is one of the important actions of the complex, harmonious and integral development of personality, of the formation of a high professional qualification, competent and efficient, based on a real convergence achieved by the school and professional orientation between what the student can, he is spiritually and affectively stimulated to work better, to achieve higher school and professional results.
