dc.description.abstract The essential aspect of education/ teaching, expressing both the background /teleological content and the axiological one of it, is the purpose. On a teleological basis, it expresses the ability to design education according to intentions or purposes committed at reference levels (education system, education system, education process, concrete training activity). On an axiological level, the aim expresses the capacity to value education through constant benchmarks based on the general content of the personality formation-development activity. Thus, depending on the teleological/axiological character/ any purpose performs two general functions (design function and valorization function) andmbs intervene at the level of any training/education activity. Achievement differs according to the "actors of education" and their expression in a given pedagogical context en_US
