dc.description.abstract Professional culture becomes a common brand that provides a way of understanding the educational events in a universal language of culture. Democracy in the field of professional culture is a way to make properly decisions and establish the educational policy through a shared understanding. Studying the need of culture in professional activity, should always to take into account the relationship between needs and opportunities, to work towards both notions, providing educational objectives and rational use of system resources. Professional culture of teacher is the training quality to provide more values, by promoting truth, by manifestation of responsibility, love and respect for the learner. The professional culture, as well as professional development intervenes as a solution in critical situations of education because it is for them to make the main effort of understanding, adaptation, imagination in the change process. en_US
