Abstract:
In this article, we aimed to research the structure of educational policy documents from the Republic of Moldova and Romania comparatively, in order to develop the written text production competence in primary school pupils. The research results indicate that there are some discrepancies in the structure of normative documents and some discontinuities in the formation of the written text production competence for primary school pupils. If we compare the primary level curriculum (Romanian Language and Literature discipline) of Moldova and Romania we`ll find out that the Curriculum from RM is better structured and respects the principle of difficulty and age, but the Romanian curriculum does not fully ensure continuity in the written text production competence in primary school pupils.
