dc.description.abstract The management of the adult's relationship with the child starts from birth, his parents are the first people he meets and their influence on the child in life is enormous. The parent-child relationship is what fuels the physical, emotional and social development of the child. It is a unique bond that every child and parent will be able to enjoy and nurture. This relationship lays the groundwork for the child's personality formation, life choices, and general behavior. Reward is a tool that adults use when they intend to increase the frequency, or duration of a behavior. In other words, it is a consequence of behavior that increases its likelihood of recurrence. The typology of rewards offers the possibility for them to be applied differently from one person to another, depending on the specific situation. The use of rewards has both advantages and disadvantages, it is important how they are explained to children and the fact that it should not become a habit. en_US
