dc.description.abstract This article explores the role of various activities that stimulate exploration and investigation, in order to nurture the curiosity of young children. The author focuses on kids between 4-5 years old, when they are most prone to ask „Why?‟ about anything. This paper is trying to answer the following questions: Does the frequency of the questions change depending on who the child is interacting with (i.e. teachers, parents, classmates, friends)? Does the type of questions differ based on who the child is asking? What types of activities have the most engagement from the child? The author describes and analyzes the theories that this research is based on, showing how they can be integrated into games and other various activities for children. In conclusion, the author exemplifies the most efficient ways of stimulating the child curiosity. en_US
