Abstract:
It is a well recognized fact that a society is built on interpersonal relationships - social communication induced by emotional experience, but, as a social phenomenon, the educational activity can also be achieved through emotion-based communication. Considering the contemporary society, there is a remarkable increasing demand of education, as well as a more incisive necessity to increase the education efficiency, a fact that has generated the reconceptualization of the educational activities contents, aiming at forming human personalities able to integrate themselves in the society in accordance with its immediate needs and to be able to adapt successfully to the inevitable changes that might come to pass, by increasing the level of emotional intelligence.
