dc.description.abstract The article mentions that extra-scholastic activities appear to complete the educational process and offers opportunities for children to develop abilities in different artistic fields. These complementary forms are: clubs, sightseeing, visiting artists or artisans workshops, trips to museums and art exhibitions. Through participation in these activities, the children learn new ideas, assimilate new techniques in different artistic fields, communicate with artworks and develop their creative imagination. There are identified the distinctions between extra-scholastic activities and activities within the school. en_US
