Abstract:
The article deals with the subject of political discourse, as a form of social-political communication. He accompanies political action and is an important method of political influence and power. It is distinguished by the topic addressed, the institutional character and the following well-defined purpose: communication, information, motivation or manipulation, etc. The efficiency of the speech is determined by its quality, the orator's capabilities, the strategies used, but also by the level of political culture of the receiver. Building a true democracy can have an important role in the development of the political culture of the citizen, and finally, it will increase the responsibility of the subject of power.
