Abstract:
The article contains a theoretical study, which elucidates the current aspects of modernizing higher education and the basic conceptual guidelines of neurodidactics, which are correlated with increasing the quality, professionalism and self-updating of teachers in initial and continuing education. Also, a mini-research of the opinions of the teachers, students in the continuous training and of the master's students / initial training regarding the difficulties encountered in the pedagogical activity is exposed.
