Abstract:
This article presents the results of the research on the skills formation of control and evaluation of work activity in students with mental disabilities as an important component of the work culture.
The results obtained in the finding experiment were analyzed. The level of skills formation of the control and evaluation of work activity in students with mental disabilities was also identified. Moreover, it has been experimentally demonstrated that the skills formation of the control and evaluation of the work activity in auxiliary school at the Technological Education classes is done with enough reservations, therefore it is necessary for this process to follow a pedagogical model, its efficient functioning requiring the selection of a set of psychopedagogical conditions.
