dc.description.abstract The school environment has an important educational impact, being a factor that can essentially influence school performance. School performance in visually impaired students is often poor, presents with difficulties due to deficiency and can develop inhibited attitudes, passive, poor mobilization in cognitive tasks. A stimulating environment, mediated by wealthy adults, which encourages the involvement of children in cognitive tasks, has an equalizing effect on the cognitive and educational level. The qualities of the families of the students' backgrounds, including their investment in meditations and the induction in the children of the interest towards the school contribute the most to the increase of the performances. The evaluation of performance must be as continuous as it is significant in its final or summative form. en_US
