Asigurarea securității psihologice a copiilor în școală

Abstract

In the current context of the development of society, an important role is played by the formation of comfortable relationships of the person with the surrounding world. Unfortunately, in recent years, we have witnessed the fact that one of the main human needs - the need for security is violated, which leads to an increase in the number of children in need of psychological help. The educational environment must ensure the satisfaction of the needs of personal-confidential communication, to be an environment free of manifestations of psychological violence in interaction, so as to contribute to maintaining the mental health of educational actors. The school has significant resources to design programs to prevent aggressive behavior and to create a protective school environment that would ensure the psychological security of children by preventing and combating violence of any kind in the school environment.
