dc.description	This paper examines children’s rights as a fundamental human right, its evolution under the European Convention on Human Rights and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. We will focus in particular on the right to physical integrity and the right to privacy of the child. At the end, we will present the recommendations addressed to the authorities of the Republic of Moldova for the children's rights observance.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Prezenta lucrare analizează drepturile copilului ca drepturi fundamentale ale omului, evoluția acestora în cadrul Convenției Europene a drepturilor omului și jurisprudența Curții Europene a drepturilor omului. Vom analiza în special dreptul integritate fizică și dreptul la viața privată a copilului. La final vom prezenta recomandările adresate autorităților Republicii Moldova întru respectarea drepturilor copilului.	en_US
