dc.description	Children are complete personalities who must be treated with respect and whose opinions must be taken into account, their participation in decisions that directly concern them being fundamental. The rights of the child include universal standards, applicable to all children of the world, without any discrimination. They guarantee both dignity and human identity (individual and collective) and thus give purpose and value to existence. They guarantee the physical integrity of the person and the human security of all peoples. Knowing and respecting the rights of the child is a necessity to comply with social norms and rules. It is very important that everyone knows these rights, because violating them would mean breaking the law.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Copiii sunt personalități complete care trebuie tratate cu respect și ale căror opinii trebuie luate în considerare, participarea lor la decizii care îi privesc în mod direct fiind fundamentală. Drepturile copilului cuprind standarde universale, aplicabile tuturor copiilor lumii, fără niciun fel de discriminare. Ele garantează atât demnitatea cât şi identitatea umană (individuală şi colectivă) şi astfel dau scop şi valoare existenţei. Ele garantează integritatea fizică a persoanei şi securitatea umană a tuturor popoarelor. Cunoașterea și respectarea drepturilor copilului este o necesitate pentru a ne conforma normelor și regulilor sociale. Este foarte important ca toată lumea să cunoască aceste drepturi, deoarece încălcarea acestora ar însemna nerespectarea legii.	en_US
