dc.description	This article discusses Barnevern, a Norwegian state social welfare service for children and adolescents. In the life of every family, a difficult situation may arise and help may be required to take care of the children of the family. In Norway, in such cases, the Barnevernet Child Welfare Service is responsible for helping the family. This article shows the functions of Barnevern, describes in which cases the Barnevern child protection service is obliged to intervene, shows the algorithm of actions of "child care" on the part of Barnevern. In addition, the article shows the importance of close cooperation between Barnevern and the preschool educational institution and gives advice to preschool educational institutions for the most fruitful help to children.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	В этой статье обсуждается норвежская государственная социальная служба по помощи и поддержке детям и подросткам Барневарн. В жизни каждой семьи может возникнуть сложная ситуация и может потребоваться помощь для заботы о детях семьи. В Норвегии в таких случаях служба охраны детства Барневарн несёт ответственность за оказание помощи семье. Данная статья показывает функции Барневарн, описывает, в каких случаях служба защиты детей Барневарн обязана вмешиваться, показывает алгоритм действий «ухода за ребёнком» со стороны Барневарна. Кроме этого, статья показывает важность тесного сотрудничества Барневарн с ДОУ и приводит советы педагогам ДОУ для максимально плодотворной помощи детям.	en_US
