Abstract:
Articolul este consacrat perioadei incipiente a valorizării drepturilor copilului. În viziunea
autorului, aceasta este perioada de până la conceperea lui, după care urmează perioada prenatală/intrauterină,
apoi perioadele nou-născutului, pruncului, vârstei fragede etc. Întru educarea corectă pentru drepturile
copilului, este propusă concepția rezultantei interacțiunii multifactoriale, fundamentată de autorul
articolului.

The article is dedicated to the early period of valorization of children's rights. In the author's
view, this is the period until its conception, followed by the prenatal / intrauterine period, then the periods of
the newborn, baby, young age, etc. For the correct education for the rights of the child, the conception of the
resultant of the multifactorial interaction is proposed, grounded by the author of the article.
