Abstract:
Analizând diferitele medii educaționale în strânsa relație cu drepturile copilului am constatat că
modelul educațional finlandez oferă cea mai bună perfectivă asupra respectării acestor drepturi. Astfel, unul
dintre motivele pentru care școlile finlandeze sunt capabile de rezultate atât de bune este faptul că în
Finlanda copiii vin la școală cu o bază solidă.
Referitor la factorii care ajută școlile finlandeze să funcționeze atât de bine, unul dintre aceștia este accentul
pus la nivel național în ceea ce privește egalitatea atât între școli, cât și în rândul elevilor. Când elevii se
străduiesc, statul este rapid în a le oferi resurse pentru a-i ajuta să recupereze, un obiectiv pe care și profesorii
îl adoptă. În concluzie, pot spune că acest model educațional, modelul finlandez poate fi un bun exemplu atât
în educație cât și în respectarea drepturilor fundamentale atât ale omului în general cât și ale copiilor.

Analyzing the different educational environments in close relation with the rights of the child,
we found that the Finnish educational model offers the best perfection on the observance of these rights.
Thus, one of the reasons why Finnish schools are capable of such good results is that in Finland children
come to school with a solid foundation.
Regarding the factors that help Finnish schools to function so well, one of them is the national emphasis on
equality between both schools and students. When students work hard, the state is quick to provide them
with resources to help them recover, a goal that teachers also adopt. In conclusion, I can say that this
educational model, the Finnish model can be a good example both in education and in respecting the
fundamental rights of both humans in general and children.
