Abstract:
Personalitatea elevului este element fundamental în procesul didactic, este un material brut pe
care profesorul are îndatorirea să îl șlefuiască adecvat pe baza cunoașterii profunde a trăsăturilor acestuia.
Cunoașterea personalității elevului permite cadrului didactic, indiferent de disciplina pe care o predă, să
structureze activitatea curentă în mod real, imprimând acesteia dinamism, artificialitatea predării unei lecții
fiind eliminata de modul în care profesorul, cunoscând personalitatea elevului, știe să motiveze participarea
acestuia la oră. Fără o cunoaștere adecvată a capacităților, abilităților, orientărilor, predispozițiilor naturale
ale elevului și fără o racordare continuă a profesorului la nou, actul didactic, în ansamblu, riscă să fie
deteriorat, cu consecințe negative pentru toate părțile implicate.

The student's personality is a fundamental element in the teaching process, it is a raw material
that the teacher has the duty to sand properly based on deep knowledge of its features. Knowing the student's
personality allows the teacher, regardless of the discipline he teaches, to structure in a real way, imprinting
its dynamism, the artificiality of teaching a lesson being eliminated by the way in which the teacher,
knowing the student's personality, knows how to motivate his participation in class. Without an adequate
knowledge of the abilities, abilities, orientations, natural predispositions of the student and without a
continuous connection of the teacher to the new, the didactic act, as a whole, risks to be damaged, with
negative consequences for all parties involved.
