Abstract:
Articolul abordează problema necesității realizării educației pentru drepturile copiilor în instituția
de educație timpurie, despre necesitatea de a valoriza drepturile copiilor de către adulți- fie părinți sau cadre
didactice. Instituția de educație timpurie este locul potrivit pentru procesul ce fundamentează și orientează
educația copilului corect, într-o societate democrată, cu oameni liberi, educați în spiritual valorilor egalitare.

The article addresses the issue of the need to achieve education for children's rights in the early
education institution, about the need to enhance the rights of children by adults - either parents or teachers.
The institution of early education is the right place for the process that substantiates and orients the education
of the child correctly, in a democratic society, with free people, educated in the spirit of egalitarian values.
