Abstract:
În prezentul articol sunt descrise drepturile copiilor, conform Convenției ONU asupra Drepturilor
copiilor. Autorul demonstrează, că Curriculumul pentru educația timpurie din Republica Moldova este
corelat și presupune respectarea acestor drepturi, prin: implementarea diverselor Domenii și dimensiuni
curriculare, prin formarea și dezvoltarea competențelor specifice, a unităților de competență, prin
valorificarea strategiilor didactice, prin amenajarea mediului de învățare.

This article describes the rights of the child, in accordance with the UN Convention on the
Rights of the Child. The author demonstrates that the Curriculum for early education in the Republic of
Moldova is correlated and implies the observance of these rights, by: implementing various domains and
curricular dimensions, by training and developing specific competencies, competence units, by capitalizing
teaching strategies, by arranging the learning environment.
