Abstract:
Respectivul studiu științific are drept scop evidențierea importanței primordiale a psihologiei
educației care reprezintă atât fundamentul valorificator în respectarea drepturilor copilului, cât și baza
procesului educativ în mediul instituțional și familial. În prima parte a lucrării sunt prezentate conceptele de
,,psihologie” și ,,educație’’, dar nu în ultimul rând influența lor atât de necesară în procesul educativ al
școlarului. A doua parte a lucrării prezintă importanța drepturilor copilului pe care le regăsim în Convenția
Națiunilor Unite cu privire la Drepturile Copilului, dar și explicațiile referitoare la știința psihologiei
educației ca fundament valorificator în respectarea drepturilor copilului. La finalul studiului sunt creionate
concluziile cu privire la ambele subiecte abordate.

This scientific study has the purpose of highlighting the primordial importance of educational
psychology which represents both the fundamental capitalization in respecting the child’s rights and the
basis of educational process in institutional and family environment.
In the first part of the work are represented ”psychology” and ”education” concepts, but not at last their
needed influence in the student educational process. The second part of the work represents the importance
of child’ s rights that are found in The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, but also the
explanations regarding to the science of educational psychology as a fundamental capitalization in respecting
the child’s rights. At the end of the study, conclusions are drawn on both topics România.
