Abstract:
Prezentul articol are scopul principal de a prezenta aspecte privind drepturile copilului reflectate
în textele literare și nonliterare, pentru elevii din ciclul primar.
Ca rezultat al experienței oferite de activitatea la catedră, în cei treizeci de ani, am constatat o creștere a
interesului elevilor pentru lectura care are ca personaje principale copiii. Prin utilizarea diferitelor metode
moderne, activ-participative, aceștia iau parte cu interes la dezbaterile inițiate pe teme care vizează
drepturile copilului.
Dorința de a citi în rândul elevilor din clasele primare crește mai ales atunci când aceștia se regăsesc în
acțiunile cărții lecturate, când li se cere părerea și se ține cont de ea, iar metodele utilizate de cadrul didactic
îi încurajează să spună ceea ce gândesc.

The main purpose of this article is to present children's rights issues reflected in literary and non literary texts for primary school students.
As a result of the experience offered by the activity at the department, in the thirty years, I have noticed an
increase in the students' interest in reading, which has children as its main characters. By using different
modern, active-participatory methods, they take an interesting part in the debates initiated on issues related to
children's rights.
The desire to read among primary school students increases especially when they find themselves in the
actions of the book read, when they are asked for their opinion and it is taken into account, and the methods
used by the teacher encourage them to say what they think.
