Abstract:
Problematica drepturilor copilului este un aspect important al educației contemporane, iar
implicarea copiilor în descoperirea și cunoașterea drepturilor pe care le au determină la aceștia o mai bună
raportare și la obligațiile lor. Profesorii, datorită experienței și creativității lor, sunt vectori importanți ai
familiarizării copiilor, dar și părinților, cu drepturile pe care le au copiii. Colaborarea dintre școală, familie și
autoritățile îndrituite să asigure respectarea drepturilor copiilor contribuie la îmbunătățirea vieții copiilor,
precum și la creșterea calității vieții. Copiii care își cunosc drepturile vor respecta la rândul lor drepturile
celorlalți și vor fi adulții de mâine, care se vor preocupa de copiii lor.
Description:
The issue of children's rights is an important aspect of contemporary education, and the
involvement of children in discovering and knowing the rights they have determines a better reporting to
them and their obligations. Teachers, due to their experience and creativity, are important vectors of
familiarizing children, but also parents, with the rights that children have. Collaboration between the school,
the family and the authorities responsible for ensuring respect for children's rights contributes to improving
children's lives as well as increasing their quality of life. Children who know their rights will in turn respect
the rights of others and will be the adults of tomorrow, who will take care of their children.
