Abstract:
Dreptul fundamental al elevilor este dreptul la educație care include, în mod special dreptul: să
aleagă instituţia de învăţământ în care doresc să înveţe, să fie asiguraţi, în condiţiile legii, cu manuale,
asistenţă medicală, alimentaţie, servicii de transport, dreptul la studii conform planurilor individuale; să aibă
acces la informație; beneficiază de protecţie şi asistenţă socială şi medicală în condiţiile legii ei
beneficiază şi de alte drepturi consemnate în regulamentele instituţionale. De asemenea, un copil are dreptul
la respectarea demnității sale umane, la libertatea de conștiință, la informare, la libera exprimare a propriilor
opinii și convingeri.

The fundamental right of students is the right to education which includes, in particular, the
right: to choose the educational institution in which they wish to study, to be provided, in accordance with
the law, with textbooks, health care, food, transport services, the right to study according to individual plans;
have access to information; it benefits from social and medical protection and assistance under its law
it also enjoys other rights enshrined in the institutional regulations. Also, a child has the right to respect for
his human dignity, to freedom of conscience, to information, to the free expression of his own opinions and
beliefs.
