Abstract:
În articol este reflectat modul de gestionare a resurselor instituționale în scopul formării cadrelor
didactice pentru dimensiunea protecției drepturilor copiilor. Referinţele menţionate sunt prezentate în
perspectiva planului normativ-reglator, caracteristic statutului de instituție, și valorifică potențialul de
formator al Universității Pedagogice de Stat „Ion Creangă” din Chișinău prin actele reglatorii instituționale și
produsele curriculare. Conținutul articolului prezintă strategia de integrare a demersurilor idisciplinar,
modular și transdisciplinar în demersul infuzional, exemplele, constituind reperul suportului institutional
existent și actualizat continuu, ca răspuns la problematica lumii contemporane.

The article reflects on the management of institutional resources for the training of teachers for
the protection of children's rights. The mentioned references are presented in the perspective of the
normative-regulatory plan, characteristic of the institution status, and capitalize on the potential of trainer of
the State Pedagogical University „Ion Creanga” in Chisinau, through institutional regulatory acts and
curricular products. The content of the article presents the strategy of integrating the disciplinary, modular
and transdisciplinary approaches in the infusion approach, the examples, constituting the landmark of the
existing and continuously updated institutional support, in response to the problems of the contemporary
world.
