Abstract:
This article researches the problem of increasing the motivation of future 
teachers to carry out educational activities in the conditions of modern 
reality. One of the aspects of this activity is the projecting of educational 
programs, which requires the future teacher to be ready to search for value 
orientations, new meanings of educational activities. The article defines the 
problems associated with the preparation of future teachers as educators, as 
well as analyzes ways and techniques to increase motivation to projecting 
educational programs.
