mmary The article presents the multiple aspects that manage the design process of the wineries during the 20th – the beginning of the 21st century, with architectural concerns being specifically researched. The investigations regarding the architecture of the wineries in Basarabia, the winery complexes of the MSSR and the Republic of Moldova reveal the major differences between different historical periods and the successive changes in the approach.
