Abstract:
In the classroom, the teacher has the main role, the role of coordinator of the teaching activity. The
didactic activity is a process that takes place respecting certain stages, aiming to achieve certain objectives,
having certain material, time and human resources. Students also play a very important role in this teaching
process. There is more and more talk about the active role of the student in the teaching process. But the
success of the training depends a lot on the teacher's competence. It analyzes the needs and particularities of
students; depending on this, it establishes the most efficient ways of reporting to the student, the most
efficient ways of communication; strategies according to its particularities; evaluation methods as
appropriate as possible, all this in order to achieve the final objective: shaping and transforming the
personality of the trained person. From a didactic point of view, to be successful means to succeed in
transforming, modeling, the personality of the educated person, according to the educational objective. But
to get here, the teacher must have high-level skills to help him act on the personality of the educated.

În clasă, profesorul deţine rolul principal, rol de coordonator al activităţii didactice. Activitatea
didactică este un proces ce se desfăşoară respectând anumite etape, vizând atingerea anumitor obiective,
dispunând de anumite resurse materiale, de timp şi umane. În acest proces didactic un rol foarte important îl
deţin şi elevii. Tot mai mult se vorbeşte de rolul activ al elevului în procesul didactic.
De competenţa dascălului depinde foarte mult succesul instruirii. Acesta analizează nevoiele şi
particularităţile elevilor. În funcţie de aceasta, îşi stabileşte moduri cât mai eficiente de raportare la elev,
moduri cât mai eficiente de comunicare; strategii în acord cu particularităţile acestuia; metode de evaluare
cât mai adecvate, toate acestea pentru atingerea obiectivului final: modelarea şi transformarea
personalităţii celui instruit.
