Abstract

An important requirement needed to achieve the successful result in this activity of a clinical psychologist is collaboration with psychiatrist, especially in those cases when questions of differencial diagnosis arise. In general, the scope of psychodiagostics finds itself in the fact that clinical psychologist is participating in establishin the functional diagnosis in patients receiving psychiatric care. Together with a physician (psychiatrist, therapist, primary care physician), being a consultant in the therapeutic team, clinical psychologist takes part in treatment decisions and rehabilitation of patients in mental health and general health troubles in remission phases in cases when development of these pathologies is based on psychosocial factors – the fact being of primary importance.
