Abstract:
Communication is the process by wich exchange information between people through
verbal and nonverbal messages. To communicate effectively, the physician must possess the
attitudes of analyzing both the content and process of communication. Messages efficiency is
influenced by a number of variables related to the source. The most important features involved
in effective communication are: communication credibility, experience, attractiveness, good
companionship, similarity. The dynamic relationship between doctor and patient carrying his
highly nuanced attitude involves the doctor, there are neither precise prescriptions for the
behavior of "affective" in the practice of nursing service.
