Abstract:
This article describes the necessity of creation of theoretical and methodological base of
the psychological and pedagogical counseling of the families of children with disabilities which
is determined by the increasing interest of the role of the education of the child in a family. The
number of the families that ask for psychological and pedagogical assistance are increasing
their contingent are different. There are different educational concerns that are being worried by
parents, one of them are not enough conscious or are not correct understand. Many of the
families who ask for psychological and pedagogical assistance are the ones that have children
with disabilities (mental deficiency, behavior disorder, minimal brain dysfunction and neurotic
reaction).
