Abstract:
In this article the author describes various approaches to family therapy - both the
traditional and the modern. A definition of family therapy and its emergence and development
opportunity are present in the article. The most popular schools are characterized: therapeutic,
systemic therapy now classical, empirical, structural family. Particular attention is paid to the
integration and the modern approaches aimed at solving particular problems. Finally the author
draws attention to the need to train specialists in family therapy.
