dc.description.abstract	The given scientific article dwells on the problem of electoral education and the as well as the electoral absenteeism problem and the education of electors (18 years). An original survey was created to study the electoral interests, validated by The survey results show that about a quarter of respondents are not interested in the elections and do not intend to vote.
