Abstract:
The aim purpose of this study is to identify those personality factors which are responsible
for the emergence and consolidation of optimal experience in contemporary students. Experimental
approach focused on the study of three variables, one of which optimal experience, was considered
the dependent variable, while the other two independent variables: extraversion and emotional
stability. The experiment was conducted on 100 university students. They were given personality
tests and techniques for the study of optimal experience. Analysis of experimental data evolves the
idea that appearance and installation of optimal experience is driven mainly by two factors of
personality: extraversion and emotional stability, which favors it development and proper
functioning.
