dc.description.abstract The social-psychological competence within pedagogical communication can contribute to the effectiveness of the educational process. Settling a psychological contact with the pupils is a key to success for a teacher. The professional experience of a teacher improves the communication level. The development of the social-psychological competence is based on reflection. The teacher can acquire very good results in case he/she established very good “role-positions” in communication. en_US
