The personality of the teacher involves qualities determined of the specifics and complexity of
work which they do. Our purpose is to determine the relationship between motivation in professional
success and personal traits. This study helped us to determine that teachers which are motivated and
obtained a professional success possess such a personal traits as self- confidence, independence in their
behavior, sociability, optimism, courage, emotional self-control, flexibility
