Abstract:
In the context of challenges and changes at the national level in the Republic of
Moldova, a series of legislative and normative acts regulating the activity of educational institutions in the
context of inclusive education were approved. The proposed legislative and normative acts oblige
education institutions to offer inclusive education services to children with special needs. In modern
society psychological problems and language disabilities are frequently met among this category of
children. These children can make an excellent progress receiving a specialized psychological and speech
therapy in time.
